Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, trimmed and cut into bit sizes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
I a sauce pan place broccoli into and cover with water. Cook broccoli until tender and drain water. Add butter, salt, pepper and vinegar. Top the broccoli with parsley and ENJOY.
