Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 pounds or small potatoes; wash, scrubbed and sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
First, place your potatoes and garlic in a pot and cover with water; bring to a boil. Next, drain the pot and add 1 spring of rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper. Take the potatoes and place in a baking dish and cook in an oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Take potatoes out of oven and top with remaining rosemary.
