Super easy and affordable to make these beautiful DIY Vintage Candle Holders.

Here is What you Need:

• Left over fabric
• Dollar Tree Mod Podge
• Dollar Tree Glass Votive or Vase
• Ruler
• Pen
• Scissors  
• Dollar Tree Brush 
• Dollar Tree Candle

First, take your fabric and cut it to fit your votive by measuring with your ruler and making with pen.  Next, take your Mod Podge and brush fabric onto votive and smooth.  Let your Vase dry overnight.  Next you may decorate with ribbon or twine,  Place a Candle inside and enjoy this Spring.
