This smoothie recipe as three berries rolled in one to make for a yummy breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1/2 cup of cranberry juice
- 1-1 1/2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- scoop of your favorite protein powder I use this one over here
Directions—In a blender combine all the above ingredients and process for one minute. Enjoy!
