Top 10 Smoothie Recipes



1.) Banana and Honey Smoothie 


Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into your chill glasses and enjoy! Note, it I have any extras I pour into Popsicle molds and enjoy after dinner, my kids look forward to this.

2.)  POST-YOGA SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is super tasty and contains some amazing super foods-lots of vitamins and antioxidants, perfect for right after a yoga class!!!

In a blender combine—
·        1/3 cup of orange juice or a whole peeled orange
·        11/3 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
·        1/3 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
·        1/3 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
·        1 banana
·        1 teaspoon of honey
·        1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
·        1 cup of almond milk
·        Scoop of protein powder (optional)

3.)  MANGO/TANGO SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup of frozen mango or fresh
  • 1 medium banana frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 scoop of protein
4.)  STRAWBERRY/MANGO SMOOTHIE
This smoothie recipe is so good, perfect for breakfast, or for an afternoon snack!  Also, did I mention easy, easy, easy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • 1-1 1/2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium mango fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
Directions—In a blender combine all the above ingredients and process for one minute.  Enjoy!

5.)  BERRY FLAXSEED SMOOTHIE
We love our smoothies in the morning and when I can add flaxseed I try. Place all the ingredients below and enjoy!!!

In a blender combine—
• 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
• 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
• 1 banana
• 2 pitted dates
• 1 cup of coconut water
• Scoop of protein powder (optional)

6.)  BLUEBERRY ORANGE BLAST SMOOTHIE

What you will need:
  • 4 ounces of plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 banana frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup of frozen Blueberries
  • 2 pitted dates
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of any protein powder that you love
Add all above ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth, PS if you use fresh blueberries make sure you add a handful of ice.

7.)  PB & J SMOOTHIE

We love smoothies, if you have not figured out and especially that we now have a Vitamix, I swear smoothie making has gone to a whole new level in my home.  This smoothie is so yummy and is a spin of a PB&J sandwich, Enjoy!

What you will need:
  • 4 ounces of plain greek yogurt
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen organic strawberries
  • 1 banana frozen or fresh
  • 2 teaspoons of smooth peanut butter
  • 1 drop of liquid stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of Acai Powder
  • cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
Add all above ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth, PS if you use fresh make sure you add a handful of ice.

8.)  ROCKIN ROBIN SMOOTHIE




Ingredients:
Directions—In a blender combine all the above ingredients and process for one minute.


9.)  My Favorite Fall Smoothie
This smoothie has tons of Fall ingredients  and is raw, dairy free and gluten free.

Here is what you need---
  • 1/2 cup of kale, and spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • half of a pear
  • 1 apple 
  • 1 banana
  • scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup of coconut water
Take all the ingredients and place in blender, blend until smooth! 

10.)  Tropical Coconut Water Fruit Smoothie
We love our smoothies in the morning and some favorite tropical fruits, coconut water and honey makes a perfect morning treat.  


In a blender combine---
·        1/2 cup of orange juice
·        ½ cup of club soda
·        1/2 cup of frozen or fresh pineapple
·        1/2 cup of frozen or fresh mango
·        ½ cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
·        1 medium kiwi, peeled and quartered
·        1 cup of coconut water
·        Scoop of protein powder (optional)
