
What you will need:
- 4 ounces of plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen organic strawberries
- 1 banana frozen or fresh
- 2 teaspoons of smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Add all above ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth, PS if you use fresh make sure you add a handful of ice.
