
Banana and Honey Smoothie
- 2 cups of coconut milk or any milk you prefer
- 2 medium ripe banana’s
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 Vanilla bean or 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of protein powder I use vegetable or a plant base protein
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into your chill glasses and enjoy! Note, it I have any extras I pour into Popsicle molds and enjoy after dinner, my kids look forward to this.
