In our house we love, smoothies in the morning. I try to make my smoothies easy, yummy and “chuck full” of nutrients! This smooth has a lot of calcium and my kids love! Lets get started-in a blender combine all ingredients below and ENJOY!

- 1 cup of frozen mango or fresh
- 1 medium banana frozen or fresh
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
- 1 scoop of protein
