This smoothie is super tasty and contains some amazing super foods-lots of vitamins and antioxidants, perfect for right after a yoga class!!!

In a blender combine—
· 1/3 cup of orange juice or a whole peeled orange
· 11/3 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
· 1/3 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
· 1/3 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
· 1 banana
· 1 teaspoon of honey
· 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
· 1 cup of almond milk
· Scoop of protein powder (optional)
