During our hectic weeks I love to have dinners that are
easy. These sandwiches are warm and
perfect for dinner and even lunch.
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 24 slices or smoked ham
- 2 egg whites
- ½ cup of almond milk
Preheat your over to 450
degrees. Place cheese slice on 4 slices
of bread and 6 slices of smoked ham, top with remaining bread.
Beat egg whites and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip each sandwich in egg mixture. Coat both sides of the sandwich. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray. Place sandwiched on baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes.

Turn the sandwiches and bake for an
additional 6 minutes.
