As many of you know I am a vegetarian and I am concisely
trying to incorporate as many veggies into meals. This Oven Roasted Broccoli is a family
favorite with a citrus and crispy taste. Broccoli is wonderful for Vitamin C which can control bold pressure, 30 % protein, cortisol and strengthen immune system.
Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli cut up into bit size pieces.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Himalayan Sea Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon
- ¼ cup of grated parmesan
- Parchment paper
Preheat your over to 450
degrees. Toss Broccoli in olive oil and
season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder until well
coated. Spread on a baking sheet lined
with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Top with freshly squeezed lemon and parmesan
cheese.
