Fried Corn a Perfect Farmhouse Side | Fall Cooking on the Farm!

Fried Corn or anything for that matter taste better in a cast iron skillet, but any skillet will work fine. 

  • 1-2 cups of corn 
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper 

Cook corn, butter, sugar, salt and pepper in cast iron skillet over medium heat for 20 minutes until lightly brown.
