How to cut and slice a Mango

When buying a mango make sure it looks pipe by the color.  Mango's are green and it should be firm. 

First peel the mango with a vegetable peeler or knife. 

Next, stand mango up right and cut along both sides of it around the pit at the center. 

Finally, slice the mango lengthwise in thin slices and ENJOY
