Thrift Store Outfit of the Day | Dressing on a Dime

Yeah, for dressing on less!  This Black Shirt Dress from Express I picked up at my local Salvation Army for $1 and black tiny belt for a $1 as well makes dressing on a Dime easy, affordable and trendy.  The shoes and jewelry I owned making this outfit a GRAND TOTAL of $2.
