How to Make a Healthy Dairy, Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding

This chocolate pudding recipe is better than any store bought pudding.  I love chocolate pudding so much I often do not want to share!  This pudding has no sugar, or dairy and made with cacao which is loaded with iron and magnesium.

Ingredients
2 ripe avocado (cut in half and scoop flesh out)
1/2 cup of cacao powder 
4 tablespoons of real maple syrup
4 tablespoons almond milk (or any type of non dairy milk )
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon

Place all the ingredients in to a high speed blender.  Blend until smooth and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
