Yum on this smoothie, I love the combination of the banana, pineapple and coconut water. The Spinach is filled with calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium. Spinach helps with the absorption of calcium.
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Water
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina (spirulina is filled with probiotics and buy your spiruliana from Hawaii if you do not like a fishy taste)
- 2 tablespoon coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen
- Scoop of your favorite protein Powder
Place all your ingredients in a blender (I use the Vitamix) and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and Enjoy.
