Detox Tropical Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast and any pre-work out.  This cinnamon reduces fatigue, makes us feel happy and improves our attention span.  A green smoothie a day is essential to maintain a healthy weight,  and helps with digestion. 

  • 1/2 coconut water
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen pineapple chucks
  • a pinch of cinnamon 
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes, pour into a glass and drink for breakfast or before a work out.
