DIY Fall Room Spray

This essential oil has a warm, spicy aroma and includes Mastrante, Northern Lights Black Spurce, Nutmeg, Cassia (from an evergreen tree same family as cinnamon from China), Ocotea (from an evergreen tree same family as cinnamon from South America), Canadian Fleabane, Lemon, Pepper and Hinoki.  Light the Fire is perfect for prayer, creative risk and new career challenges.  This oil is great as diffusing, inhaling directly from bottle, massage over heart and behind knees throughout the day.  Finally, use this DIY room spray all over the home. 

Ingredients 

1 spray bottle (I got mine at the Dollar Tree)
Pinch of Epson salt
16 drops of Young Living “Light the Fire” head over here to purchase a bottle
filtered water

First place pinch of salt into spray bottle, and then 16 drops of Light the Fire in the bottle.  Next, fill bottle with water and mist in each room in the home for an amazing smell this Fall.
