During the week I am super busy especially when I have to
work in the mornings and evenings. When I
am busy I always bust out my panini maker for an easy meal of some of our
favorite sandwiches. These panin’s are perfect
for dinner not only are they simple but, they are warm, ooey and gooey!
What you will need:
- Crusty Italian Bread
- 3 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of chutney
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- Lettuce leaves
- Thinly sliced roast beef
- Thinly sliced tomatoes
- Thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
- Pepper
- Thinly sliced purple onion
- Olive oil
First, spread
on one side of bread cream cheese, mayo, chutney and horseradish. Now place lettuce, roast beef, tomato and
cheese on top of bread. Sprinkle with
pepper and top with remaining bread. Brush
bread with olive oil and place in Panini maker and cook about 5 minutes. Serve Immediately.
