Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob




Never would I have thought to cook corn right on the cob, husked and all in the oven but, it works and is amazing plus easy. 
·         4-6 fresh corn with husk on
·         ½ cup of Irish Butter
·         ½ teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
·         salt and pepper
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees.   Next, corn right on oven rack and cook for 26 minutes.  While corn is cooking melt butter and add garlic, salt and pepper in a small saucepan on the stove for at least 10-15 minutes.  Finally, remove corn from oven pull husked back and brush the garlic butter on each ear.  YUMMY!!!
