Hot water and Lemon=Great for the Immune System

Every morning I drink a glass of hot water with a squeeze of lemon to help not only with digestion but, keep my immune system healthy.  Lemon is high in Vitamin C and potassium which we all know when you feel a cold coming on everyone tells you to take Vitamin C.  This is the 1st thing I drink in the morning and continue the rest of the day with cold water and lemon!
