This Caesar Salad is so easy and perfect for a weekend night meal it does not matter if it is not summer. You can make this salad meatless or add meat on top such as chicken would be fine.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast strips or any type of meat you love (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups garlic croutons
- 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
Combine the 1st 3 ingredients, stir well this is your dressing! Next, dredge your chicken with the lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder. Heat skillet with the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, place chicken on a plate lined with paper towel. Reserve all the skillet oil, stir in the dressing. Pour the dressing mixture over the lettuce, add chicken and toss, sprinkle with croutons and cheese.
