Campfire Beer Cheese Dip | A Camping Favorite

This dip is so Good and really you can make it anytime or year, in fact I just did this past weekend during a football game.  Serve this dip with tortilla chips, pretzels or bread and makes a yummy snack. 

Ingredients
  • 8 oz package cream cheese; softend
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic; finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons of onion power
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1 jalapeno;chopped  
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup of  Dark Beer
  • Bread, Pretzels or Chips for sdipping
First, in a bowl mix all ingredients except green onion.  Now add to a cast iron skillet and cover with aluminum foil.  Next, you can cook for 15 minutes in a oven at 400 degrees or over hot coals over the camp fire.  Finally, Stir well & serve
