Recently, I having been really into bringing fresh flowers in to my home. I always have loved fresh flowers but, never really made it a habit to adding them to brighten my home on a weekly basis.
Now that it is summer flowers are in full bloom around here and what better time to add some beautiful, fresh touches to the home. I like to get cut my flowers in early morning or early evening. I fill pretty vases with cold water and cut stems at an angel and arrange criss- cross in the vases of water.
If any leaves or flowers will be in the water I do remove them. Finally, to preserve my flowers longer I keep away from drafts, fans, air conditioners and direct sun light.
