Trust me if you try these steps you will notice a road to happiness however the key is to do every day and do not skip a beat!
1.) Write down what you are thankful daily. You can do this right when you wake up or before you go to bed. I try to write at least 3 things and I space mine gratitude throughout the day.
2.) Give "Thanks" every day either by writing a Thank You Card or physically calling or saying! Everyone needs to be properly Thanked especially when they are not expecting it. When Thanking say or write exactly what they did and the specific change it made in your life. I like to use pretty pens, and Thank You cards when I am writing Thank Yous !
3.) Focus on one thing that makes you happy daily, such as taking a bubble bath, take a yoga class, have a cup of your favorite tea, etc.
