Saute Spinach!

Yum, Yum I love spinach filled with so much iron.  In a pan add 2 teaspoons of olive oil,
2  cup of fresh spinach, 1/2 cup of diced onion and 2 cloves of chopped garlic.  Give your spinach a good mix and stir.  Season your spinach with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes: covered.
