How to mke Stove Top Quinoa

Many people are intimated by quinoa but, it is so easy to make and is such a great grain.  This grain is high in protein and can be replaced any where you use rice.

~Ingredients~
1 cup quinoa
1 1/2 cups of water or vegetable broth
1 tablespoons of butter
dash salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 teaspoon garlic powder
On the stove top place quinoa and water/broth into a pot along with rice, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.  Bring the pot to a boil reduce heat and simmer with lid on for 10 - 12 minutes.  Fluff and Enjoy!
