These brownie bites have no sugar and made with coconut flour and can I say they came out better than I thought. You will not believe how scrumptious that are until you make them.
Ingredients:
Non
Stick Cooking Spray (I use a coconut cooking Spray)
½ cup
of coconut flour
½ cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2
teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoon
vanilla extract
½ teaspoon
baking soda
¾ cup
pure maple syrup
1/3
cup of melted coconut oil
2 tablespoon
coconut milk
5 eggs
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and take you non cooking spray and
spay a mini muffin pan. Next, through a
flour shifter; shift your flour and cocoa powder. Now in a mixer mix vanilla, eggs, syrup, oil,
and milk. Slowly, add your flour/cocoa
powder, salt, and baking soda. Mix your
ingredients until well blended for 2 minute, let sit for 2 minutes and mix
again for 2 minutes. Pour your batter
into the mini muffin pan about 75 to the top.
Bake your muffins for 20 minutes; Insert a toothpick and test to see if
it comes out clean, if it comes out clean than remove from oven. Let your brownies cook completely and remove
from pan. Enjoy!
