~Here are some times to keep in mind when buying post and pans or decluttering them~
* Any scratches, or flakes discard you do not wait this to get in your food.
*Never let your Teflon warm up without food in it or reach 660 degrees.
*If you love Teflon or any non stick pan look for a label that says that it does not contain perflourooctanoic acid or PFOA.
*Use aluminum or stainless steel pots and pans, easy to clean and beautiful.
*Use cast-iron, they heat evenly and iron will leaches into your food which is better than Teflon.
