Here are 3 Water Detox Recipes that are not only tasty but, they Detox your body.  Try at least one of these waters a day in substitution of soda, sugary drinks, Gatorade, etc.  Water flushes toxins, improves skin tone and helps you to lose weight. 


1.  Fill a glass or water bottle with filter water and squeeze lime and add fresh mint into the glass.


2.  Fill a glass or water bottle with filter water and squeeze lemon into to glass.


3.  Fill a glass or water bottle with filter water and add cucumber and basil for a refreshing beverage.
