This creamy smoothie is perfect for
breakfast, and has just the right tartness from the lemon and lime that is very
detoxifying. The avocado makes you fill full with healthy fats and potassium. Plus, the citrus of the lemon, lime, and kiwi
makes this smoothie packed with Vitamin C.
- 1/2 coconut water
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- ½ of an avocado
- 1 kiwi chopped can be frozen
- Handful of Spinach
- 2 lime segments
- 2 lemon segments
- ½ teaspoon of ginger
Place all the ingredients in a
blender and blend for 2 minutes, pour into a glass and drink for breakfast or
before/after a workout.
