This smoothie is inspired by warm summer mornings, and very filling. The Goji berries aka Wolfberries are loaded with antioxidants. Goji Berries for year was used in Traditional Medicine. Not only is Goji Berries have high amounts of antioxidants but, iron and vitamin B & E.
In a Blender or Vita mix (that is what I use) blended together the following ~
~1 cup of frozen or fresh pineapple (use core when cutting up for anti-inflammatory components)
~1/2 up of frozen or fresh mango
~1/$ cup of goji berries
~1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
~1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
