Cilantro Lime Green Beans




This recipe is amazing it spices up old boring Green Beans and provides a little spice with the citrus.  This recipe makes a yummy side and Cilantro is wonderful and detoxifies the body of any unwanted metals. 


Ingredients:
·         1 teaspoon of olive oil
·         2 cups of fresh or frozen Green Beans
·         1tablespoon of minced cilantro
·         1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
·         ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt
·         ¼ teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
·         ½ of lime
First, in a cast iron skillet heat olive oil over medium heat, coat skillet with oil. Next, add green beans and season with salt and pepper; sauté for 8 minutes until tender and juicy.  Now add jalapeno and cook for 2 additional minutes; turn off heat and top with cilantro and freshly squeeze lime.
