I love salads and experiencing with
salad, and I try to have one included at dinner time. This Salad is mixed with spinach, pecan, red
onion, feta and strawberries. Spinach is loaded with chlorophyll, alkaline minerals and fiber. Spinach is great for stress and calming the body. Spinach can help eliminate body odors such as bad breath, urine and stool.
Finally, I have a homemade Poppy Seed Dressing that I say, IS AMAZING!

Here
is what you will Need:
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- ½ cup of chopped pecans
- ¼ cup of crumbled feta cheese
- Olive oil
Combine all ingredients and
toss. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
·
1/3 cup of olive oil
·
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
·
1 teaspoon salt
·
½ teaspoon pepper
·
1 teaspoon of onion flakes
·
2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Combine all ingredients and shake or
mix. Serve with the above salad!
