DIY Oil Pulling Tablets

I started oil pulling about 2 years ago, and I love the many benefits such as killing bacterial, preventing plaque and fighting off viruses.  I did a post a while back on why I "oil pull" and how to "oil pull" check it out here!

I made these tablets to make my oil pulling a little easy!

Here is what you need-

• coconut oil 
• tablespoon (measuring spoon)
• ice cube tray 
• mason jar

1.  Measure out enough oil to fill your ice cube trays, place in microwave and melt.
2.  Now pour a tablespoon into each ice cube tray
3.  Put trays in freezer until firm
4.  Store "oil pull" tablets in mason jar inside refrigerator.
5.  Use 1 tablet per "pulling!
