Oven Roasted Potatoes

I made these potatoes last night and my family loved them, they are so easy and very tasty.  The cooking time is 30 minutes but, prepping for the oven was less than 5 minutes.  

Ingredients-

• 6 potatoes, sliced thinly
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 garlic powder
• 1/4 onion powder
• 1/4 paprika
• 1/4 dried parsley or 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley

First, in a large bowl put potatoes, oil and next 6 ingredients, mixed to coat.  On a cookie sheet place the potatoes and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.  Finally, sprinkle parsley and ENJOY!
