Ingredients
- 1 package of Cream Cheese; softened at room temperature for 1 hour
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 8 jalapeno, sliced in half and seeds removed
- 1 can of croissants quantity of 8; open and cut in half to make 16
Next, fill each jalapeno with the cream cheese mixture.
Take each croissant roll half; and wrap each jalapeno bite.
Finally, Spray a cookie sheet and place the croissant jalapeno bite on sheet and bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
