Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Kisses

These cookies I love making around Christmas time and with only 4 ingredients makes a great easy cookie, and did I mention Gluten Free.

Ingredient's:

• 1 cup coconut sugar
• 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• Dark Chocolate kisses 

First, combine 1st 3 ingredients until well blended.  Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on a non greased cookie sheet.  Bake cookies in a preheat 350 degree oven for 9 minutes.  Remove cookies from oven and place on a wire rack for 3 minutes.  Now, place dark chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie.
