My family loves chicken and when it is sweet it is even better…I
made this simple Orange-Glazed Chicken that was easy,quick and perfect
any weekend night without making a trip through the drive through.
In a medium saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of salt, juice, ketchup and hot sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook mixture till thick- this will take about 18 minutes.
Next heat broiler, once chicken is cooked toss in a bowl the mixture. Return chicken to cookie sheet and broil for about 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or 4 pounds of chicken wings
- Himalayan salt and pepper
- 1 cup of freshly squeeze orange juice
- 1 cup of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons white white
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of hot sauce
