Sticky Orange-Glazed Chicken Thighs

My family loves chicken and when it is sweet it is even better…I made this simple Orange-Glazed Chicken that was easy,quick and perfect any weekend night without making a trip through the drive through.

Ingredients:
  • 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or 4 pounds of chicken wings
  • Himalayan salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of freshly squeeze orange juice
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons white white
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of hot sauce
Preheat oven to 450.  Next, season chicken with salt and pepper.  Cook on a rimmed cooking sheet for 45 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of salt, juice, ketchup and hot sauce.  Bring to a simmer and cook mixture till thick- this will take about 18 minutes.
Next heat broiler, once chicken is cooked toss in a bowl the mixture.  Return chicken to cookie sheet and broil for about 2 minutes.
