Italian Sausage=That is what is for Dinner!

This meal is so easy and perfect for busy nights of the week-we grill summer, fall, winter and spring.  This literally only took me 20 minutes to make after adding your favorite sides!

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • 1 medium green pepper-sliced in strips
  • 1 medium red pepper-sliced in strips
  • 1 medium onion-cut into thin wedges
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 4 sub buns, toasted
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook your sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes or till done.  Next, add pepper, onions, garlic, fennel, and water.  Cover your skillet and cook for 5 minutes.  Remove from heat and place sausage in sub bun.  Now top with vegetables and cheese.
Enjoy.
