We love our smoothies in the morning
and some favorite tropical fruits, coconut water and honey makes a perfect
morning treat.
In a blender combine---

cup of orange juice

cup of club soda
·

cup of frozen or fresh pineapple

cup of frozen or fresh mango
·
½
cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
·
1
medium kiwi, peeled and quartered
·
1
cup of coconut water
·
Scoop
of protein powder (optional)
