How to Exfoliate Dry Lips

Yup, every winter my lips are dry, rough and scaling.  Getting rid of dry lips you must exfoliate.  What causes my dry lips in Michigan is cold temperatures and being indoors where the heat is on and the moisture is not!  I created a solution using only two ingredients.  Enjoy!!!
