Chocolate-Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake

This Ice Cream Cake is to die for super yummy and was a GREAT way to use up some stock up items of peanut butter and Rice Krispies!
So Thought I share---

You will need:
  • 4 cups of Rice Krispies
  • 6 Oz's semisweet chocolate,chopped
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 pints of chocolate chip ice cream

1.  In a small saucepan add chocolate and peanut butter....cook over low heat till melt-stir often to prevent sticking.
2.  Next, add Rice Kripies in a large bowl and combine chocolate/peanut butter mixture, mix till to coat.
3. In a spring form pan spread chocolate, peanut, Rice mixture on bottom and sides of pan, put in FREEZER for 10 min. In the meantime, let ice cream soften on counter.
4.  Finally, pulled pan out of FREEZER and spread ice cream evenly onto chilled crust.  FREEZE till Firm at least 4 hours.
ENJOY!!!
