~Salad Ingredients ~
4 cups of romaine lettuce
½ cup of sliced tomatoes
1 cup or diced cucumbers
1 cup of kalamata olives
½ cup of red onion
½ cup of slice pepperoncini
¼ cup of parsley
½ cup feta cheese
In a large bowl place ingredient in as listed in order or in
3-4 salad bowls!
~Dressing Ingredients~
¼ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of lemon juice
3 teaspoons of oregano
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk till
blended.
~Feta Bread Ingredients~
2-4 whole wheat pita rounds
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Brush each side of the pita with olive oil, warm a
skillet. Place the pita rounds in hot
skillet and cook for 2 minutes and flip.
Next, sprinkle round with feta and oregano and cook for 3 minutes
longer. With a pizza cutter or knife cut
rounds in 4’s and enjoy!
