This is dish is perfect for the
Fall or any time of the year, I love making it especially for Thanksgiving however all times of year are great. Also, did I mention Brussels Sprouts are great
for Magnesium and Vitamin A and C perfect for battling virus and bacteria infections.
Here
is what you will need:
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 1 pound of Brussels sprouts cut into halves
- Salt and pepper (season the Brussels sprouts)
- Half of a Lemon to squeeze
- Sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese
First, preheat oven to 400 degrees, place
Brussels sprout, olive oil and salt and pepper in a bowl or large ziploc bag.
Give the Brussels sprouts a good mix. On a cookie sheet spread the Brussels spouts evenly. Roast Brussels Sprouts for 20 minutes.
Take half of one lemon and squeeze all over Brussels spouts and season with Parmesan cheese .
