Ingredients
- 2-4 Cod Fillets
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup of slightly melted butter.
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 lemon; cut in 8th's
- 1/4 teaspoons of dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoons of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking Spray
1.) Preheat your broiler and take a jelly pan and spray with cooking spray. 2.) In a bowl mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, and squeeze 2 lemon wedge into bowl. 3.) Next take your fish and season with all our seasonings and then arrange on your jelly pan. 4.) Broil your fish on each side for 3 minutes per side. 5.) Pull fish out of oven and cover with the Parmesan mixture on top of fish only. 6.) Return fish to broiler and broil for 3 minutes longer. Fish should be flaky and that is a clear sign it is done!
