CANDY CORN MARSHMALLOW POPS

Candy Corn is one of my favorite Halloween Candies and when it is the season I am often caught snacking on Candy Corn.  This dessert is a perfect sweet treat for any Halloween party!

Ingredients 

• Regular Sized Marshmallows
• Favorite Royal Icing Recipe
• Yellow and Red food Coloring to make yellow and orange corn
• Wilton Bright White Candy Melts
• Candy Corn Sprinkles (optional)
• Lollipop Sticks

First, make royal icing and split in thirds.   Leave 1/3 white, dye 2nd, 3rd yellow and last one orange using the yellow and red food coloring.  Place your marshmallow on the lollipop stick and use a spoon and cover marshmallow in the yellow candy, allow to harden and repeat with orange and finish with white.  

NOTE, If you like to add sprinkle do so before it hardens.
