Ingredients
1 avocado1 garlic clove; chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon of parsley
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of red hot
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 small tomato; diced
3 fresh basil leaves; chopped
1 Slice of mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
First, take your avocado and slice in have and remove the pit. Take a fork and poke all over the flesh. Next, pour red hot and lime juice over avocado and season with oregano, parley, salt and pepper. In the hole of avocado place tomato and garlic. On a preheat grill; grill for 5 minutes and remove from grill. Now top avocado halves with cheese and grill for 1 more minute. Finally, Top the avocado with basil.
