2-3 medium cucumber; pealed and sliced2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoons of ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon of dill
2/3 cup of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 cup of diced red onion
First, take your cucumbers and layer in a bowl and sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and dill. Let your cucumbers to sit for about 10 minutes. Drain any liquid and stir in vinegar, sugar and onion. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
