Sweet and Spicy Jalapeño Ribs

Homemade Jalapeño jelly is "key" to the recipe but, store bought is ok to use, if you do not know anyone that makes the jelly.

Ingredients:
1 can of pinto beans; drained
2 1/2 -3 pounds of country ribs or any ribs (country ribs are nice because they are extra meaty)
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons of fresh ground pepper
1 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 jalapeño; seeded and chopped
1 jar of jalapeño jelly
1 bottle of steak sauce

Take beans and place in the bottom of the crock pot.  Take ribs and cut in half and Sprinkle with salt and pepper; place on a jelly pan lined with parchment paper.  In your oven on broil; broil ribs for 18 minutes .  Now take ribs and place in crock pot on top of beans.  Add onion, garlic, jalapeño, jalapeño jelly and steak sauce.  Cook in crock pot for 8 on low or 4 1/2 on high.  Enjoy!
